Choc Art's Range of Flavoured Fondant Fillings *Introducing Choc Art's new range of flavoured fondants. These fondants are great to use for soft centred chocolates. Also great for icing cupcakes, biscuits etc.Ingredients: Sucrose, wheat glucose, syrup, water, artificial colours & flavours. Refer to each flavour for colour information. Caramel flavour (155, 133, 102) Raspberry flavour (124) Peppermint flavour(102, 133) Pineapple flavour (102) Passionfruit flavour (102) Strawberry flavour (124) No need to refridgerate, just keep the lid firmly closed when not in use. Use by dates 9 to 12 months. If fondant is too stiff to work with, simply heat gently and stir for a few minutes to soften.
